Every child should have an opportunity to excel in life. We seek to expose youth to new ideas and experiences that can create positive change in their life path. We will prepare youth to leverage their strengths, avoid the pitfalls occasioned by their weaknesses, and pursue excellence in all endeavors.

We desire to improve the lives of youths through sensible guidance; academic, social, and cultural support and skill-building; exposure to the world of opportunities so they will be prepared to make adult decisions regarding education, careers, and service to their families and their communities.

We will support intellectually, socially, and culturally enriching youth programs; promote academic achievement and intellectual pursuit; cultivate dynamic leadership; encourage consideration of long-range life objectives; and stimulate fluid interaction among people of all races.
